Head of Housekeeping

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join us as Head of Housekeeping.

This is a new position, and we're offering an excellent package and hours to accommodate the right candidate.

We offer a first-class service to our lovely clients and are growing rapidly. As Head of Housekeeping, you’ll lead from the front ensuring our high standards are maintained across our expanding portfolio. You'll lead by example and set the standard with your excellent cleaning performance. You will inspire and develop the housekeeping team to deliver our excellent standards and be instrumental in maintaining our well-deserved reputation as one of the highest-rated cleaning companies in our area.

We offer flexible working arrangements but you will need to be available on Fridays and some weekend days, including during the school holidays, and have your own transport.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work both independently and as part of a team to carry out high-standard cleaning services across our property portfolio

• Oversee other members of the Housekeeping team

• Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all team members work to the same high-quality standards

• Check properties to ensure they meet established standards of cleanliness

• Manage and inspire the team, setting the standard and leading by example with your excellent cleaning performance

• Support the Director in recruitment, training, and performance management of the Housekeeping Team.

• Identify growth opportunities for the company and work with the Director to realise such opportunities

• Maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and guests

• Implement company policies and procedures

We provide a truly first-class cleaning service to our lovely clients and we’re growing rapidly. We are very selective about the properties we look after, so you’ll only be working in lovely, modern, well-maintained properties.

If you are an experienced Housekeeper, who works to very high standards, we'd love to hear from you. We’d also love to hear from you, if you are looking for your first cleaning role; previous cleaning experience is valued, but is not always necessary as full training will be offered to the right candidates.

We have various days available but you will need to be available every Friday, as a minimum.
